Round Table Meeting: IT Risk Management - Case studies

The Topic:

The roundtable will be dedicated to presenting and discussing practical risk management experience. 

Two cases will be at the agenda:

Case Study 1: Euroclear Institutes an Effective IT Risk Reporting Framework

This case study documents the approach that Euroclear SA took to implement an IT risk reporting framework. In this approach, the ability to link risks with specific IT processes greatly contributes to management acceptance of the process.

Case Study 2: Programme Risk Management at Euroclear

The presentation will present the approach to document and monitor risks (IT and non IT) during the conduct of large programmes.

The speakers for this session:

Both Olivier Nijland and Andrée Sonck belong to the Risk Management division of Euroclear group. Olivier Nijland is leading the information security advisory team, within the Security and Resilience department. Andrée Sonck is Head of Strategic and Programme risk management.
