 o the agile engagement outline and scoping
 o the risk assessment – defining the sprints
 o the working program
 o the Kanban,
 o the sprint documentation and results (point of view),
 o the report
• The audit team's roles and responsibilities in the Agile environment
• How to implement changes progressively
 o pilot phase,
